Within Temptation will release a new live album, "An Acoustic Night At The Theatre", on November 2 (October 30 in Germany, Austria and Switzerland). This album contains acoustic live tracks from the band's most famous songs, that were recorded in 2008 during a sold-out theatre tour throughout the Netherlands.

This live album also contains a brand new track, "Utopia", featuring a guest appearance of Chris Jones. "Utopia" will also be released as a single in the Benelux, on October 23.

And I am proud to announce herewith that the artworks from both live album and single are based on my photos!

The Dutch band Delain presented a sneak preview of their new songs on March 6th in Hedon, Zwolle (NL). This show marked the release of their new single April Rain. The new album with the same title will be released on March 20th in the Benelux, and March 27th in the rest of Europe.

February 9th will see the release of April Rain, the eagerly awaited new album from Dutch metal band Delain. April Rain follows the successful 2006 debut Lucidity, which sky-rocketed the career of the band in their home country of The Netherlands. “The new album April Rain is a real group effort, that’s what we’re most proud of” says Martijn Westerholt, keyboard player and composer for Delain.

On February 5th the album will be launched in Amsterdam at a special event at the Melkweg venue before hitting the stores on February 9th. Westerholt adds: “And after that we’ll tour Europe with Kamelot and do multiple headline shows throughout Europe. I’d never intended Delain to be a real touring band…but now that we’ve become one, I’m definitely enjoying it to the fullest. We’re looking forward to seeing our fans again real soon!”

It's a bit early to confirm right now, but I'll do my best to be present to make new pictures!

Within Temptation played last night in a sold-out theater in Almere (NL). This was one of this first shows of the Theater Tour that the band is playing in November.

In February 2008, Within Temptation played a sold-out concert in Ahoy (Rotterdam, NL), with the Metropole Orkest. The show was called "Black Symphony".

The concert is now available on CD, DVD and Blu-ray. I'm credited for many pictures in the booklet.

Within Temptation played last Sunday in a sold-out 013 in Tilburg, The Netherlands. Earlier that day, the yearly "fan-club day" took place in the same venue.
